Clearly inexperienced staff!

The staff were courteous and welcoming and the location was brilliant happy to get taxis. It was also near beautiful beach, and the more tacky tourist areas.

It's relaxing hotel with fantastic friendly personnel from drivers to reception staff and management. This venue has favourable location in the hill overlooking the Andaman sea.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at beachside restaurant for breakfast. Having a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a dining area was very convenient.

The hotel was exceptional, the room was wonderfully appointed and brand-new, had essentials for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I had reasonably priced room with balcony. The property location was stunning at the top of the island. I ate at the poolside restaurant near the hotel.

The staff is amazingly attentive and accommodates all of guests' needs. I have stayed in the deluxe room with a large balcony.

Recommend it. Luxurious hotel that has best staff with great service. The place has particularly good location close to a public beach.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for breakfast. The location turned out to be stunning and amazing. It was located in an entertainment area very close to Very close to a great beach, the beachfront and an unbelievably serene cliffs.

Large bedroom. Big beds & incredibly attentive employees with great service. Location - stunning just off nice quiet and clean beach as well as the restaurant. Great food in the poolside restaurant in the vicinity.

Accommodation was huge and gorgeous with courteous and very, very nice staff from drivers to reception staff and management. The location was awesome, to other areas in Phuket, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Further, it was right by Naka night market and the wonderful restaurant that offers a hefty international menu.

The location was great with scenic views. The restaurant here was affordable for breakfast, we both ordered hot dishes. The staff were very, very nice in the entire hotel.

The hotel is fabulous, nestled in a nice building with sea views. It has both incredibly welcoming and amazingly nice staff. The venue has a great and gorgeous location elsewhere near Phuket's islands.

The room was good sized and contemporary with a dining area, a sitting area, and a writing table.

Luxury and clean hip new hotel. Large buffet breakfast for a discounted rate. Cooperative and BEST employees with superb service from the staff during stay. All in all stunning location, near to isolated and walking around to hilly areas, the hill right next to the Nai Thon Beach and VERO Italian restaurant upstairs.

Massive buffet breakfast with BBQ, a wonderful spread. Big bed in the deluxe room, plus a safe, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar. Stunning and amazing location, next to the airport.
